MAGNETIC STATOR ASSEMBLY

The structure of a motor with a permanent-magnet rotor is similar to the one of a synchronous motor where the rotor winding is replaced by permanent magnets to generate the magnetic excitation field.

The most common permanent magnets made of rare earth metals are manufactured with Neodymium, Iron and Boron. These magnets are characterized by a good quality/price rate while Cobalt ones are more expensive because of international market trends.

Permanent magnets can be manufactured mainly with ferrite or by using rare earth metals:

Permanent magnets made of ferrite are characterized by low residual inductions and high fragility levels with consequential difficult machining. Still, these magnets are pretty widespread thanks to high coercivity values compared to their low price.

We offer one-stop magnetic stator assemblies and related products to OEM electric manufacturing industries which are used in various applications of PM and DC motors, generators.

Magnets made of rare earth metals are more expensive than magnets made of ferrite, but they have higher energy ratings than ferrite ones and so they are used in more advanced technological solutions, where the price is not a key factor.

Our magnetic stators are assembled with sintered NdFeB magnets and steel shell housing glued or injected, with large torque and low noise.

With our automatic assembly line, we can offer a medium to high volume series as well as low volume production to meet the demand of any customer’s requirements.

We can produce a custom design rotor and stators with tight tolerance, which includes various magnet grades as the main component. Other materials include, stainless steel sleeves, encapsulation polymers and extruded or deep drawn steel shells. Our products are assembled using high-quality adhesives (3M ®, Loctite ®, Permabond ®) and pressurized polymer encapsulations to protect the magnetic circuit.

With our flexible production assembly lines, we can offer;

  • Customized assembly (mechanical, dimensional, magnetic, thermal, as required)
  • Volume productions (small, medium, and high-volume series)
